Terms of Use
Last updated 13 August 2026
Short rules for a small app. By using Duequest you accept them.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13. If your country sets a higher age for using an online service without a parent's consent, that age applies instead.
Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google. Keep control of that account — anything done through it is treated as done by you.
What you may post
Quests send real people to real places, so:
- Do not send anybody somewhere dangerous, private, or where they are not allowed to be.
- No harassment, hate, threats, or targeting a person.
- No sexual content, and nothing involving minors.
- Nothing illegal.
- Your proof must be yours, taken at the place. That is why the app only accepts the camera.
Reports and removal
Anybody can report a quest or a photo. Enough separate reports remove it. We do not publish the number, because publishing it would say how many accounts to bring.
A removed quest stays visible to the person who made it, marked. A removed photo goes; the completion stays.
You can block anybody. Blocking hides you from each other and ends the friendship.
Your content stays yours
You keep everything you upload. You give us only the permission needed to run the app: to store your files and show them to the people the app's own rules say may see them. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
No guarantee
Duequest is provided as it is. Arrival checks depend on your device and can be wrong. Do not rely on the app for anything safety-critical, and use your own judgement about where you go and when.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can close an account that breaks these rules.
Changes and law
These terms can change; the date at the top says when. Turkish law applies.
