Something is wrong in the app
Tell us what you tapped and what happened. Your @handle helps, and so does your iOS version.
Something somebody posted
Report it from inside the app: the flag on a quest, or the flag in the photo viewer. Enough separate reports remove it, and reports are not shown to the person who posted it.
You can also block anybody, from the same screen. Blocking hides you from each other everywhere.
Deleting your account
Settings → Delete account. It removes your account, everything attached to it and your photos. It cannot be undone.
